On 8 September 2013, support the Arthritis Foundation Malaysia by participating in the 5th Annual Kordel’s Charity Walk for Healthy Joints. This is a great opportunity for you to kick-start a healthier lifestyle, while raising awareness and funds for an extremely deserving cause.

The Arthritis Foundation Malaysia is a non-profit organization set up to :
1) increase the awareness of arthritis & its related conditions.
2) look after the welfare of arthritis patients who cannot afford joint replacement.

How you can help

All proceeds of this charity walk as well as RM1 from every Kordel’s promotional pack sold (from 1 June – 31 Sept 2012) will be donated to Arthritis Foundation Malaysia.

Exercise classes : PACES

Events

The exercise classes to commence in Rehab Medicine Dept, Sunway Medical Centre. The scheduled timings were Tuesdays @ 10.45am and
Thursdays @ 5.30pm.

Exercise classes: “PACES (People With Arthritis Can Exercise Safely)” . The first class will commence on 18th June (Tuesday) and 20th June (Thursday) respectively.

The cost per class was life members RM0, ordinary members RM3 and non-members RM5. Interested members please register your name or call AFM Office 03-56216177.
