Join us for a FREE community health awareness event by ADMC & Arthritis Foundation Malaysia (AFM) to learn more about arthritis, early-onset arthritis, joint health, and staying active through every stage of life.
AFM’s PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) programme has been running successfully since 15 May 2026. These classes are specially designed to help people living with arthritis stay active safely in a supportive, friendly, and enjoyable environment.
