On 21st September 2024, the Rheumatoid Arthritis Support Group (RASG) under Arthritis Foundation Malaysia held an engaging and successful Fluid Painting Bear Keychain Workshop. The event brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds, all eager to explore their artistic sides while supporting a meaningful cause.
The Workshop was a fun-filled morning dedicated to creativity, self-expression and bonding of members and friends. Participants were introduced to the art of fluid painting, a mesmerizing and therapeutic technique that allowed them to design their very own colorful bear-shaped keychains.
Guided by experienced instructor, attendees of all skill levels enjoyed the process of pouring, blending and swirling colors to create unique pieces of art. The bear keychains symbolized a token of hope and support for those affected by rheumatoid arthritis, adding a meaningful touch to the workshop.
Beyond the art, the event provided an opportunity for participants to learn more about Arthritis Foundation Malaysia’s mission and the RASG’s initiatives, with the aim of highlighting the importance of community based support systems and awareness efforts, thus reinforcing the foundation’s vision of creating a more supportive, informed, and empowered community.
Feedback from participants were overwhelmingly positive and the RASG Fluid Painting Bear Keychain Workshop was a true testament to the power of art, making a lasting impact on everyone involved.
