Are you or someone you love living with Arthritis? Come join us at PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) class. Our PACE classes are designed to improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance overall wellbeing.
Date: Every Wednesday (unless advised)
Time: 11.00 am to 12.00 noon
Location: Room 8, Level 3, Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, 16 Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Our certified instructors provide a supportive and fun environment for all fitness levels and have carefully designed for people with arthritis, different Exercise Routine as follows:
Week 1 – Mobility/Aerobic Workout
Week 2 – Circuit & Flexibility Workout
Week 3 – Balance/ Coordination Workout
Week 4 – Strength training with weights & theraband
