Regsitration starts at 10am, followed by a talk by Dr Amir Zain, President of Arthritis Foundation Malaysia, on "Ways to Detect RA Earlier and the Benefit of Earlier Detection". The second talk is by Mr Edmund Lee, Managing Director, on "Healthy Feet for an Active Life". After lunch, there will be activities such as a sharing session and exercise demonstration.
